Release, platforms & Estelle romance
Release date and demo availability
The Witch's Bakery is scheduled for October 14, 2026. August 20 was the earlier date; the October announcement replaced it. The current official FAQ and Steam store agree.
The public Steam demo closed on September 25, 2026. The team's September 18 announcement explained its withdrawal while they finished the full game. Older store captures or download links do not establish that it can be installed today.
Our gameplay guides cover that earlier demo rather than later chapters of the unreleased full game.
Confirmed platforms
The publisher confirms PC on Steam, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2. It describes the Switch 2 physical version as a Game Key Card.
No Mac or mobile launch is confirmed. The official FAQ leaves future discussions open if demand develops after release.
This is a single-player game. The FAQ does not include a multiplayer or co-op mode.
Can you romance Estelle?
Yes. Estelle is the one character confirmed as a possible Valentine, depending on narrative choices. Other friendships are not all confirmed romance routes.
The current FAQ places Estelle's first meeting in Chapter 2 of the full game. The older demo includes an early encounter and stops before its planned continuation. Our demo route therefore does not assign those scenes to the full game's chapter order.
A verified romantic dialogue route, gift list, or ending guide is not available here before release. For the demo's blocked Palace, read the Sadness guide: Lunne needs to learn more about Estelle outside the puzzle room.
Languages and length
The confirmed text languages are English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Japanese, Brazilian Portuguese, and Simplified Chinese.
The publisher expects 25–30 hours or more depending on playstyle and reading speed. That is a pre-release estimate rather than a measured completion time for this guide.
